Crisis Counseling vs. Long-Term Therapy
Crisis Counseling focuses on treating the drivers of the crisis and giving you the skills to get through what’s happening right now. Long-term therapy is often more in-depth personal work about longstanding hurts, including trauma.  We believe most people benefit from long-term therapy once they are no longer in crisis. Getting the right help at the right time is essential.

We provide interim counseling, coaching, and skills training. If this is an acute suicidal crisis and you need to speak to someone immediately, please contact 988 Suicide Hotline, the New Mexico Crisis Line, or 911 Emergency Services.
