We provide interim crisis counseling for adults. Our services are designed to support individuals who:
- Have recently survived a traumatic or upsetting event
- Are going through major life changes that are overwhelming their ability to cope
- Adults currently in therapy who could benefit from a short course of crisis counseling or suicide-specific treatment.
- Are dealing with the emotional and psychological impacts of involvement with the criminal justice system
- Clients who are being discharged from inpatient care
In addition, we offer specialized treatment for individuals experiencing suicidality or those at risk of decompensating while on waitlists for long-term therapy. We specialize in suicide-specific treatment, utilizing evidence-informed therapies such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Our goal is to provide immediate, effective support to help individuals navigate crises and maintain stability until long-term solutions are available.
If your client has an acute suicidal crisis, please get in touch with the 988 Suicide Hotline, the New Mexico Crisis Line, or 911 Emergency Services. We are not a crisis center and do not provide 24/7 support for our clients.
